Fact:

Max Miller exposed his two-year-old daughter on the internet.

Facing allegations of violence and abuse of their two-year-old daughter by his ex-wife, Congressman Max Miller held a live-streamed forum on X on August 2nd to defend himself. There, he directed viewers to a folder of internet records that included naked images of his daughter.

Miller is now being sued for that disclosure in federal court. U.S. Senator Bernie Moreno, the girl’s grandfather, called Miller’s disclosure and explanations “grotesque.”

Police reports show Max Miller’s daughter told his ex-wife: “Daddy kill you.”

Police investigating child abuse accusations against Max Miller this year interviewed his ex-wife, who accused him of previously throwing her against the wall, holding a gun to her head, and scalding her with boiling water.

According to the report, she also told officers that her two-year-old daughter, whose own clavicle had been broken, said in reference to Miller: “Daddy kill you.”

Sen. Bernie Moreno, the ex-wife’s father, who has called on Miller to resign, said he was forced to pick up his granddaughter from a police station, “because I don’t know what this guy’s capable of.”

The report also records that a doctor at the Cleveland Clinic told the mother, “I don’t think you should give your child back to dad,” and that the child had been diagnosed with a mid-right clavicle fracture accompanied by a bruise that “appears to be a handprint and appears to have been inflicted.”
